I bought a size smaller after
reading the prior reviews, so the size was just right. Also
bought a narrow which was just right. Very comfortable
versatile shoe for warm weather. Mcdowell shoes are the best
for comfort and support, even better now that they have a soft
footbed!! Have ordered two colors now from you!! These Birks
are great. I put them on as soon as I walk in the door.
Slippers no longer offer the support I need for my feet.
The soft footbed did make a
difference in comfort, but Michael Kors ask a lot of (at least
my) feet. It'll take a few more wearings to acclimate to the
soles, and for the soles to acclimate to me. The sandals fit
truer to length and width than a lot of other brands, which
was a pleasant surprise. And, once the breaking-in period is
over, I look forward to a long and happy life together.
I am a big Birkenstock fan.
They seem to fit my feet really well and are extremely
comfortable for me.I have worn them for years - have tried
other brands of comfort shoes and always come back to the
Birks. I have several pairs of the Birkenstock Arizona with
the soft heel and find it to be the most comfortable shoe I
have. In the winter I wear it with socks to make the shoe a
year round joy to wear. I even bought my mother-in-law a pair
of Arizona's to help her with heel pain. I used to suffer from
plantar fascitis with heel spurs and after wearing this shoe
for 10 years I am 100% pain free, which is really quite
remarkable. I strongly recommend getting this Arizona with
soft heel and wish that Birkenstock would put the soft heel in
all their shoes. |
