This is my 5th pair of these
shoes. I got the soft footbed model, which is really nice.
However, they turn into the regular footbed after a short
while. The only problem with Birkenstocks is that straps do
not come with enough holes punched in them. I must have twenty
pairs, and I needed to take every one of them to the shoemaker
to get holes punched to make a narrower, tighter fit. I
ordered these for a friend who has rheumetoid arthritis and a
lot of foot problems. She loves the comfort and fit of the
softbed Arizona. The
website was easy to navigate, shipping was free, and delivery
was prompt. The shoes were a gift for my husband, and he was
very pleased with them. This is a very comfortable shoe. I
consider my foot wide, but the straps are in the last hole and
still feel a little loose; otherwise, it feels perfect.
Excellent arch support. I have several other pairs and this is
definitely the most comfortable. I've tried different sandles
over the years, but I always go back to Birkenstocks. I put
them on, and my feet feel releaved. They last forever if you
take care of them, and I don't care if they're not the
prettiest shoe on the market. They are the best! The Lombard
Sprinter Shoes were just perfect. I want to order another pair
