I never thought I could wear
Birkenstocks because they were too wide for me. I also didn't
like the hard footbed. This shoe fits just great and is much
softer than the others I have tried on in the past. I would
probably order again. I really like this shoe. The only thing,
is after wearing a couple of times, the top straps seem to
stretch out a bit. They fit a little loose, but I still really
like them. I wear a Men's 46 Narrow. The regular width does
not work for me and the regular soles are too hard for my
comfort. The narrow soft footbed is just right. My last pair
of Birkenstocks lasted me for 5 years and I wore them 6 months
out of the year. I hope the soft footbeds do the same.
This is my second pair of the
with the soft footbed, I had another pair for approximately 5
years. Compared to the regular Birkenstock, the padded soles
are awesome. I have both but never wear the ones without
padding. I highly recommend these shoes, I live in the South
and wear them almost everyday. As with all Birkenstocks they
take a while to break in, but once they do you will not wear
anything else. I love everything about them. They are
comfortable and they are the perfect sandals for living in
Southern California. |
